I hope love and peace around the world

I've been living in Japan since I was born. I'd never doubt that I've been living in Japan, so I've thought that current my life was ordinary for me. But two certain books, my parent gave me in each was A trigger that I felt current my life was miracle and considered the WORLD.It is a picture book that my mother gives me. This book is referred to a LAND MINE and people who is concerned with it. I was amazed and unbelievable that 1.1 hundred million land mines are laid all over the world and they killed or injured 3 people per 1 hour. LAND MINE. The word unfamiliar to me, cut to my heart. All profits of book sold, is appropriated for costs of removing land mine. I bought two books concerning about it right away. I was at elementary school at that time, but I wanted to do something for people who are troubling with land mines As time passed, my father gave me a book “100 people(if the world were 100 people)”. The book says lots of unbelievable facts.” 80 would live in substandard housing, 70 would be unable to read, 50 would suffer from malnutrition, 1 would be near death…” Words fail me. What would YOU do, if there were people who were suffering in your village? What would YOU do, if neighborhood suffered from malnutrition? Definitely, I give them a hand. As a villager, living in the same village, we must give them a hand.The moment I realize the facts, as getting two special books, I felt not only delighted but also sad. The thing make me delighted is that I could give them a hand with getting the book. The thing make me sad is that I couldn’t find any another ways of giving them a hand. I assume that once I DID one good behavior, I may NOT get into self-satisfaction.I think it necessary that lots of people take lots of action, for lots of people, by lots of methods. Then we and people who are suffered, can smile naturally. The world is A big , big family. It is natural to depend on and be depended on each other. Now the time to take new one step. In the near future, to take a look the smile of their family, I really wish that we say “there is no more land mine “ and “if the world were a village of 100 people, 100 of 100 people were happy” [419 words]
